Most solutions discussed here and on Steam Forums seem to mention simply copying the DLC files over. Given I just got an Oculus Quest 2, been a fan of the FO license since forever I finally got a license once it was on special on Steam. Just wanted this to be logged on Reddit for posterity since I found a lot of bogus information about getting this to work and the last thread about this discussion dates back from a 2017 archive.
